The Flooring Account Executive will work closely with the Vice President of Sales to plan, develop, and execute a sales strategy that will ensure profitable growth to the overall sales team bottom line.   The Raleigh, NC area is one of the most rapidly growing business sectors in the country and Storr is one of the largest dealerships in the state.  As the business continues to grow we are looking for a seasoned flooring executive to join our team of professionals. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Working knowledge of flooring products
  • Establish personal relationships at high levels with key customers and direct involvement with key sales opportunities
  • Understand market potential, key accounts and recommend the sales deployment strategy 
  • Prospecting is required amount to be determined, based on staff and goals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate numerical data as well as calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
  • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
  • Maintain a level of professional knowledge about flooring products in order to better sell to and service customers
  • Attend industry seminars ongoing
  • Fully utilize the CRM for account plan tracking and opportunity management.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and general internet competency, excellent time and project management skills
