This position is responsible for daily activities to support the Records Department. This includes picking up and pulling boxes for delivery, shredding, database management, and other duties as assigned. Skilled in the areas of organization, warehousing, inventory audit, word processing, automated cycle counts, and barcoding are inherent to this position.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Upload scanner into the database
  • Pull, scan, and prepare boxes for delivery
  • Deliver to and pick up boxes from clients
  • Total Recall administration
  • Manage cycle counts and perform audits
  • Responsible for problem resolution with clients
  • Maintain equipment and supplies.
  • Foster a professional attitude, cooperation, and team effort
  • Maintain a safe, secure work environment at all times
  • Keep dock area clean and organized at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Records Supervisor

  • 100% accuracy of all boxes stored
  • Meet clients pick up and delivery requirements 100% of the time
  • Accurately invoice all stored boxes and services each month
  • Protect the confidentiality of all client's records


Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

 Valid North Carolina (or other state-issued) driver's license required.
