Plan, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive the revenue and profit growth of the company in our Pre-owned department.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Establish monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue and profit goals with the VP of Sales
  • Identify $500,000 of new Education opportunities on a quarterly basis
  • Support a close ratio of 50% on qualified opportunities
  • Assist staff to develop and implement vertical integration of a client at multiple levels
  • Execute the group's strategic vision and direction
  • Understand and maintain customer contracts/guidelines
  • Understand and manage a complex sales cycle
  • Establish personal relationships with key customers
  • Develop strong relationships with Storr sales staff and owners
  • Plan, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for more growth
  • 25-50% of local travel


  • Demonstrate initiative by prospecting and closing sales leads
  • Exceed customer expectations by adding real value at each phase of the sale
  • Have a consultative approach to selling by working to understand the customer's needs
  • Teamwork and cooperation with other departments
  • Achieve established revenue and profit goals
  • High level of energy, working overtime as needed to support the customer and staff
  • Establish target accounts and develop a plan to secure business
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel


Education and/or Experience

  • B.S./B.A. degree from an accredited University in a professional field
  • 3-5 years of business to business sales experience preferred
  • Proven organizational and follow-through skills required
  • Proven sales and target marketing skills required
  • Proven business development experience in the consulting industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required
  • Formal sales training preferred
