This position has overall responsibility to ensure that our company is providing customers with a consistent high-quality delivery and installation service.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Field monitor the quality of our installation and delivery services.
  • Develop corrective action plans for issues that hinder our quality performance.
  • Monthly reporting on punch list and damage occurrence.
  • Manage manufacturer warranty submittals and collections.
  • Train operations personnel on processes and procedures related to quality performance. 
  • Assist other teams as needed in promptly resolving product/services or services quality issues.
  • Achieve the targeted results for assigned performance goals.
  • Track various open ticket reports.
  • Track warranty work and other service work.
  • Communicate with customer on punch items, schedule installation of these items and follow through until completed to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Supervise assigned service technicians

Education and/or Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of related contract furniture experience preferred
  • Proven organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Problem solving abilities
